Benjamin: Washington, DC, United States; I am a wanabe Political Scientist (whatever that means) and novice travel writer. I am currently working in Taipei as an English teacher, while learning Chinese and looking for jobs back home. The blog's title no longer seems quite as appropriate as it did when I was working temp jobs in DC. But over time it's whineyness has grown on me, so your all stuck with it. Disclosure: Whenever I find out that I was mistaken about something I have written, or if I change my mind, I will go back and change what I had previously written. Lunatics yelling into the night sky rarely bother to print retractions. But the heavens are a less effective stenographer than the internet.
